Endless winding robot

Our operator programs the EWR (Endless Winding Robot) for a given stay type and length.

The SmartRigging computer program then calculates the number of fibres necessary for the stay and its stiffness.

The system consists of a rail traversing the length of our building, upon which a shuttle (the EWR) travels.







A special fibre-laying head in the EWR ensures that the fibre has a constant pre-tension in the entire stay.
Our EWR technology keeps production time to a minimum.
